Terms and conditions

Signalling Solutions terms & conditions for supply of new equipment and service/repair:

For new equipment

Subject to BEAMA Conditions of Sale (A) for Machinery & Equipment (Exclusive of Erection) - United Kingdom (1991) with Clause 9 completed to show Liquidated Damages at a rate of 0.5% per week up to a maximum of 5%.

For service and repair

In accordance with BEAMA Conditions (R) for the Repair of Machinery & Equipment - United Kingdom, with Clause 13 amended to 12 months.

For both new equipment and service/repair, the following conditions also apply

PRICE CONFIRMATION – Signalling Solutions reserve the right to change or amend prices at all times. Prices may be confirmed via a written quotation from Signalling Solutions. 'Order Confirmation' will be sent once the order is accepted on our system, confirming price information.

SCHEDULED DELIVERY – Anticipated delivery of equipment will be confirmed via a formal 'Order Confirmation' after acceptance of order.

A company letter-headed confirmation order must be sent to Signalling Solutions following any order placed electronically through this website. Failure to do so may delay order processing and delivery of equipment.
