The break-out device is a mechanical fuse used to protect the actuators from damage as a result of a trailing movement.

How many break-out devices are in a system ?

2 break-out devices per actuator.

What is the difference between an HW2121 and HW2121/PC ?

The PC suffix denotes the machine has plug couplers fitted to simply installation, reducing time that would normally be required to make all individual electrical connections to the internal contact block.

What is the typical HW operating current ?

Approximately 6 amps.

What side of the track must an HW be fitted on ?

The HW is capable of being placed either side of the track and is mounted on two extended sleepers.
